  1. Return to your inbox
  2. Open the desired message
  3. Follow the instructions in the message

Login sessions expire for two reasons.
  1. If your computer is left unattended for a pre-determined period of time, your session will expire to preserve the security of the system.
  2. If your computer is not configured to accept cookies. Cookies are required to access your secure messages.
If you see this message while trying to log in, you should check the following:
  • Make sure that the system time on your computer is correct.
  • Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies or accept the cookies during the login process.
  • Turn off any third party programs or that automatically reject cookies.
