To view your secure message again:
- Return to your inbox
- Open the desired message
- Follow the instructions in the message
Login sessions expire for two reasons.
- If your computer is left unattended for a pre-determined period of time, your session will expire to preserve the security of the system.
- If your computer is not configured to accept cookies. Cookies are required to access your secure messages.
- Make sure that the system time on your computer is correct.
- Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies or accept the cookies during the login process.
- Turn off any third party programs or that automatically reject cookies.
